As a former practice manager I understand the stresses and strains of the role and so I make sure we deliver our services with little disruption to the practice. I have developed sophisticated analytical tools to enable me to maximise your Prescribing Drugs income – something that I get quite excited about! Prior to practice management, I was a senior manager within BT and I have a degree in Computer Science. Richard Hole: “I manage the day-to-day running of Ash Lane Consulting, making sure that we are looking after our existing clients, and managing the delivery of services to our new clients. Prior to Ash Lane, I was a management consultant with PA Consulting and I have extensive experience of business process improvement, performance improvement and training.
